The problem
Lawyers want AI help reading and drafting, but can't use tools that invent citations or leak information between matters. Every answer has to point back to the exact source passage, and access has to respect conflicts.
What we built
VERIDIAN is split into a TypeScript web app and a Python API so the document-processing and AI work can scale separately from the interface. Access control is enforced at the database level, not just in the UI — the kind of detail that matters when the data is privileged.
